This is way better than the dust bag option. It clips into the chip outlet and is wide enough to not clog up. The bonus is the hose side is perfect for a Makita dust bag to attach to if I do not want to use a vac. It will serve great for any dust bag you can you can fit to it, either direct or using an adapter.. way better than the Bosch GHO12v chip bag for this plane... save your money, and this is a cheaper option and buy this vac adapter and either use a vac or another big dust bag that will attach.
